Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to provide you with high-quality products and customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- You may request a refund if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect (wrong item, wrong size/color), or if the order fails to arrive within the specified delivery time (see below).
- For U.S. shipments from AMMY STORE Dropshipping: if the tracking indicates “lost” or no movement for more than 45 days after full payment and dispatch, you may be eligible for a refund.
- You must submit your refund request (or request a resend) within 7 days of receiving the product for electronic items, or 3 days for ordinary (non-electronic) items, when claiming defects.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our customer support team with your order number, photos/videos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the problem.
- We will evaluate your request, coordinate with and review the evidence. Once approved, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds for payment via PayPal or credit card will be issued back to the original payment method. If the payment was processed via another technique, funds may be credited to your store account or wallet, in accordance with AMMY STORE’s refund mechanism.
3. Shipping & Return Costs
- If the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or our error, we cover the return shipping cost and will arrange the return or replacement.
- If you simply change your mind or no longer want the item, you may still request a refund, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Returns to the U.S.-based AMMY STORE warehouse are not accepted unless pre-authorized. AMMY STORE generally discourages returns from international routes due to cost and risk of loss.
4. Processing Time
- Once we receive your return (if required) and approve the refund, you can expect funds to be refunded within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Items that are damaged by misuse, incorrect assembly, or unauthorized modifications.
- Orders where the tracking shows “delivered” and proof of receipt is valid, unless you provide evidence of damage or defect.
- Shipping issues caused by customs delays, import duties, or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
International Shipping Refund Policy
For orders shipped outside the U.S., the following policy applies. It reflects the terms from AMMY STORE Dropshipping’s global refund, resend and return framework.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Resend
- Delay: If the order has no tracking updates or is “lost” and the designated timeframe has passed (e.g., 60 days for most countries; some shipping routes may allow up to 110 days) then you may request a refund or replacement.
- Damage or Defect: If the product arrives damaged, defective, wrong item, or missing parts, you may be eligible for a full refund or a resend.
- Wrong Item/Incorrect Color or Size (function unaffected): May qualify for partial refund or resend.
2. Return Handling
- Returns back to AMMY STORE’s Chinese warehouse are discouraged, because of the high international shipping cost, risk of loss in transit, and long transit time (3+ months), AMMY STORE will not guarantee a refund in such cases.
- If a return is authorized, it must be completed within 30 days of delivery. The shipping cost may be borne by you unless the issue is on our side or AMMY STORE’s side.
3. How to Request a Refund/Resend
- Submit your dispute via AMMY STORE Dropshipping’s “Dispute” feature, as per AMMY STORE’s guidance. Include order number, supporting proof (photos, videos, tracking info).
- AMMY STORE will review and negotiate based on the evidence. Keep communication open with your agent.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
- Disputes based solely on “change of mind” (unless your store terms allow it).
- Orders shipped to countries designated by AMMY STORE, where certain shipping methods or destinations are excluded from disputes.
- Items where damage is caused by customs clearance, import regulations, or longer-term storage outside AMMY STORE’s control.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
- Unless the error is ours (wrong item, defect, lost shipment), you are responsible for return shipping to authorized warehouse. AMMY STORE may credit your “private inventory” instead of a refund in some cases.
